TEATRET ZEPPELIN IS NOT JUST A CHILDREN’S THEATRE. IT IS PROFOUND ENTERTAINMENT FOR CHILDREN AND THEIR ADULTS. IT IS THEATRE WITH AN EDGE, SPECTACULAR STAGING, AND FULL BLAST ON THE EFFECTS. YET, IT STILL MAINTAINS THE INTIMACY. BRING THE WHOLE FAMILY OR SCHOOL CLASS AND EXPERIENCE UNIQUE PERFORMANCES ALL YEAR ROUND.

CHILDREN’S THEATRE IN COPENHAGEN - MORE THAN JUST A "CHILDREN’S THEATRE"

We offer theatre plays for little children as young as 2, for bigger children, for young people, and for adults. We are specialized in working with schools, so if a trip to the theatre is on the schedule, Zeppelin is a great choice!

Teatret Zeppelin’s theatre plays speak to the children at their highest level instead of talking down to them. We always ensure a philosophical profundity tailored to the target audience and thus our theatre plays can plant seeds for good and deep conversations on what it means to be a person in constant development. We have a saying that we are a theatre for children rather than a children’s theatre.

You can find us at Valdemarsgade 15 in the heart of Vesterbro in Copenhagen. We have been living here since 1994 in a charming theatre building that houses its own café.

Besides giving performances, we provide the opportunity to join a choir for women and a choir for families with children aged 7 and older. Read more about both choirs here. We also offer drama workshops.

There is a bus, train, and metro arriving close to the theatre.
